How do add more than 5 users to my Quickbooks Online Plus account? What are the additional costs per extra user?
Interesting, I have not found any published rates by Intuit. For sure, you can’t buy additional users in QuickBooks Online. You will need to call QuickBooks Sales Team to buy additional users or send them email.
Here’s how to send email to Intuit:
1. Go to this link:
2. Select QuickBooks Online.
3. Select a topic.
4. Click on the Send Email button.
As I understand it, here are the rates for additional users.
It’s $15 per month to add one extra user. For more users:
up to 3 users = $34.95
up to 10 users = $49.95
up to 25 users = $79.95
Up to 3 users – total $377.46/year plus tax
Up to 10 users – total $539.46/year plus tax
Up to 25 users – total $863.46/year plus tax
You can always ask for more discounts.
Again, I’m not sure if they’ve recently changed these rates or not since they don’t published it on their website.
