How do I get to Vendors Center Page?
From the main homepage screen, select blue navigation bar on the left, select Vendors
From here, you add new Vendor.
Just click “New Vendor” blue button located at top upper corner. New Vendor Information screen will open. See attached screenshot below. Fill out the information and Save.
Note: For Independent contractors (Form 1099), enter Tax ID (Social Security Number or EIN Number) and also “Track payments for 1099” checkbox
You can also import Vendors list from Excel spreadsheet here. Just click “Import Vendors” button which is part of New Vendor dropdown selector.
Where do I change the view to see inactive vendors?
From the blue navigation bar on the left, go to Vendor center
Go to “Settings” gear (located far right next to export to excel and print icons)
Select to include inactive checkbox from the dropdown list (see screenshot photo for reference)
If there is need to run inactive (or deleted) list/report, go to Reports from the blue navigation bar again
Select Vendor Contact List from the go the report search box
Click “Customize” button
Select “Lists”
Change Status from “Not deleted” to “Deleted”
Click Run report
