Delete Custom Form Styles
Now you can delete unwanted custom for styles. It is for various customized template for sales form.
From the home page screen > Company Gear (upper right corner) > Settings > Custom Form Styles
To delete, go to Action column, select “Delete” from drop-down arrow (next to edit).

Add Customized Reports to Management Reports
You can now select/add customized (in addition to built-in) reports to Management Reports now.
From the home page screen > Blue navigation bar on the left > Reports > Management Reports
To select/add new customized reports > Action column > select “Edit” from drop-down arrow (next to view) > select “Report” (after preliminary pages) > select “Add new report” link > go to “Select a report” under New report > select customized report from the list you want to add to Management Reports > Save

Bank Feed Manage Rules by Transaction Type
Now you can select transaction type when creating new manage rules. If you have transfer between to bank accounts (say from checking to savings), create new transfer transaction type rule.
From the home page screen > Transactions > Banking > Go to upper right corner, select drop-down arrow between file upload and new account > select Manage rules > New rule > create new rule name with transaction type > Save

Updated Chart of Accounts Numbering Scheme
To enable and show Chart of accounts number settings, from the home page screen > go to Company Gear (upper right corner) > Settings > Company Settings > Advanced > Chart of accounts > Select both Enable account numbers and Use account numbers > Save.
Advantage doing this: it is searchable by account number.

Now on the Chart of Accounts page (From the home page screen > blue navigation bar on the left > Transactions > Chart of Accounts), you can show/hide the Number column by clicking the small Gear settings (far middle right, next to pencil and print icon). You can also do batch edit to assign account numbers from here. Just click pencil icon (next to print and small gear icon). Do not forget to save. Save (blue button) is located at right corner above bank balance column.

View Customer Statements directly from Customer page
From the home page screen > blue navigation bar on the left > Customers > Select Customer from the list > select filter type by Statements > Apply

Products and Services list sorting by column
Name column sort, you will see sub-items in outline view. If you sort by other columns, sub-items will appear in flat view.

Reorder Bank Feed Manage Rules
Because manage rules are applied in numerical order, and you can apply only one rule per transaction, reordering lets you easily control which rules to apply. Drag in the left most column to reorder. From the home page screen > blue navigation bar on the left > Transactions > Banking > Go to upper right corner, select drop-down arrow between file upload and new account > Manage rules
Here’s an example:
Rule 1: Categorize all transactions under $499.99 as Office Supplies Expense.
Rule 2: Categorize all Staples (example) transactions as Fixed Assets Account.
In the case of a $400 Staples transaction, only Rule 1 is applied.

Print Expense List by Vendor Payee
Now, you can sort Vendor expense by Payee column and print it in that order.
From the home page screen > blue navigation bar on the left > Transactions > Expenses > Filter by Payee > Apply > Print List (print icon)
