My understanding is if you need help in QBO, get one-on-one help right on your screen with SmartLook. Click SmartLook and it will generate a code that you give it to the agent. QBO agent will see your screen and they will guide you the answers you need. At least, that’s what I believe. I’m not sure it’s even fully functional yet. And I’ve not seen any helpful articles either.

Yes, SmartLook allows the agent to see your screen, but not your entire screen, only the QBO part of your browser. When you click it you will be given a code, the agent types in the code and bada bing bada boom. Remote support.
With SmartLook the support agent also has a cursor which you can see but they can’t click anything on your computer, they can only point at things for you and ask you to click. They can also use their cursor to draw boxes around things they want to draw your attention to.
