Saving/emailing invoice as PDF

Why am I unable to save a created invoice as a PDF?  I’ve followed every instruction/suggestion I can see.  Having no change.  Help please!

Open QuickBooks and navigate to the invoice that you want to save as a PDF.

Click “File” from the menu and select “Save as PDF.”

Select the destination folder on your computer in which to save the PDF invoice. Enter a name in the “File Name” field and click “Save.”
