Yes, we have heard some QBO users are experiencing this issue. Unfortunately, there is no solution to resolve this issue at this time. Intuit is aware of this issue. If you are experiencing this issue, Intuit has created this specific case number. You will need to report Intuit your experience. Just follow this link for updates.
In the meantime, as an alternative way to use QBO, you can also check out QuickBooks Windows (or Mac) App for the desktop.
