Can employees log in to enter their expense reports form to be reimbursed by the employer in QuickBooks?
We like to see employees enter their own expense reports. Accounting will process and reimburse the expenses.
Sorry, that feature is currently not available in QBO, but you can check 3-rd party app like Expensify. That will do the job you want but you will have to pay extra money. In Expensify, the employee will turn in their expense reports. You can set up tags categories and approval process.
