Adding User for Time Tracking only in QuickBooks Online
I like to add an employee for time tracking only. But the only item type in the drop box is Vendors. I don’t see employees in drop box list, why?
Normally, you should see both Employees and Vendors listed on the dropbox list. See screenshot below for reference. It’s possible if you’re using the 3rd-party app (like T-sheets), you may see blank dropbox (see screenshot2 below with 3rd party app for reference). It would not both Employees list and Vendors list. You will get an error if you try ‘Add New’ for employee or vendor already on the list. I’m not sure how to resolve this issue, better call Intuit support.
