If an account is suspended more than 14 days your data will become read-only and when you sign in you’ll see a message indicating that your account is suspended.
In that case, you can still cancel by going into the account a special way and then following the steps provided below:
- Sign into your company at https://qbo.intuit.com.
- Close the Subscribe to QuickBooks Online page.
- Under Billing Info, in the Subscription Status section, click the Cancel Subscription link.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and it will walk you through the rest.
