You can report the suspected defect from within your QuickBooks software. You will need to take the following steps!

- Be sure to use the hashtag. For Example: For Invoice #Invoice or For QuickBooks Window App #QBOWinApp
Per QuickBooks website, these are identified as the bug with the ticket number. If you are experiencing the same issue, be sure to click a link below to let them know and sign up for updates.
