You will need to update the original Customer Estimate and edit to Customer/Project and Save.
Steps to follow: from the left Dashboard > Sales > All Sales > Click money bar for Estimates > Open Estimate without Project name in question > Edit > Save. You can come back here and create an Invoice when ready.
