Permanently delete bank downloaded transactions are not working even when I followed all the proper steps per instructions. Every time I log in they show up again.

If you have moved new bank transactions for review to “Excluded” section and then hit batch actions “Delete” button, that should permanently delete excluded transactions from the banking center. In case, that’s not what’s happening you will need to call Intuit Tech Support during weekdays and have them review your QBO file.
