Hello I’m trying to change my password in Quickbooks Online and all the instructions say that I should go to My accounts in the gear section however there is no My Account section when I log in. Is there something that I’m missing?

Here’s how would normally change your password in QBO.

Click on your “Company Gear” (upper right corner) > Your Account > Personal Info > Edit Personal Info > Scroll down to the “sign in info” section and click change.
New “Change your sign in info” screen will open with the following message:
“We’ve added an extra layer of security to change your sign in information. Continue to our secure page to make your changes.”

Click “Continue” blue button and follow the instructions to make the password change.

For some reason, these steps do not work, you will need to call Intuit and get help. QUICKBOOKS ONLINE SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER.
