There is no way to actually delete wrong logo at this time.
In order for the logo not to show up to other template, unchecked the check mark beside Show Logo.
From the home page screen > company gear > settings > company settings > sales > customize > customize look and feel > un-check “Show Logo” under style heading
Once you have the right logo, you can re-upload it. Until then, you just may have to upload a white or transparent box.
