You can now have multiple sales form templates. They have three sales form types (Invoice, Sales Receipt and Estimate). These are great for changing the style of an invoice (or sales receipt or estimate) on the fly by clicking “Customize” at the bottom of the sales form once the new template is customized for your business.
To create new style:
From the home page screen > Company Gear (upper right corner) > Settings > Custom Form Styles
They have the following five custom form styles:
- Friendly (default type)
You can create as many new customized sales form from these five standard built-in form styles. You cannot, however, add or import any other form style from outside at this time.
It can make adjustments to sales form as needed. They offer the following four customization design layout:
Select edit (under Action column) to preview PDF, make default any template style, rename the style and delete unwanted style.
